history
my coffee career began in 2014 while studying business economics at the university of oregon. the coffee community in eugene, oregon is connected, abundant and high quality. i worked for a few local coffee shops before i became the manager of brails espresso.
I gained more than just experience working in this community. i became knowledgable of the industry; from the farmers growing the crops, upholding ethical standards, down to the science of extracting the best espresso shots. i learned the back end of the business, as well as took leadership running a cafe but most importantly i connected with a diverse array of people. through my experience coffee has not only been about a quality product. after mastering the perfect product it was mostly about people, the connections we made and the experience we provided. that is what made my days of serving and sharing coffee so special, memorable & impactful.
i graduated and moved to los angeles, ca. after working several jobs in the corporate world, i found myself back in the coffee industry. i established doppio espresso in 2023, giving myself the opportunity to use my knowledge, passion & expertise of third wave coffee, combined with my entrepreneurial spirit, business background and passion for connecting with people.
